welcome
Por Los Niños Christian School (PLNCS) is a program of Family Life Missions and a bilingual, Christian, non-profit educational center located in Catacamas, Olancho.
The school was founded in 2001 to provide education to children while our residential care program was active. In 2016 we expanded our mission to serve families in the community accessible education and scholarship opportunities for children and teenagers from low-income families. We are distinguished by our commitment to the protection and comprehensive well-being of children. This is achieved through an educational model centered on biblical principles, promoting the academic, spiritual, emotional, social, and physical development of each student.
Legally recognized by the Honduran Ministry of Education, we develop ethical and purposeful leaders, prepared to positively transform their families, communities, and the world. Our commitment is summarized in our motto: "Generations honoring God with values and excellence."

"Studying at PLNCS has helped me discover what I really want to be in the future. When I was younger, I dreamed of being a veterinarian, but over time I've realized that I want to help people. Now my dream is to be an anesthesiologist, because there are few of them in our country, and I would like to serve others through that profession.".

“What I like most about my school is the kindness with which we all treat each other. When situations or problems arise, there is always someone willing to listen and understand me. It makes me feel valued and supported.”

“I’ve learned English and improved as a teammate and as an athlete. At PLN, I’ve learned to play baseball, basketball, and volleyball, and I’ve also improved at soccer. I also really enjoy music class, where I’m learning to play the drums. That makes me very happy.”
